The Mill has space for approximately 150 guests.

No, when you sign the contract and reserve your date you will have exclusive access to the building and grounds for your event.

Yes, and we can provide a list of preferred caterers. If your caterer is not on the list, they must be approved by The Mill at Manor Falls.

You will have access to the buildings and grounds from 10:00 am until lights out at 11:00 pm. All clean up and items removed must be completed by midnight.

We require a professional experienced wedding coordinator with at least a minimum “day of” coordinating package. A Mill at Manor Falls venue host will be onsite all day, as well.

Your date will be locked in and confirmed once your signed contract and 1/3 of the venue cost deposit has been received.  You will have 7 days after the contract is sent out to return these items; if not received within that time period, your contract will be voided and the date opened up for others to reserve.

Yes, you may decorate the building but may not use nails, staples or any items that will leave marks on the walls, ceilings, beams, etc.

Yes, candles are permitted, but must be contained in a glass, votive, jar, etc which is taller than the flame. All candles and containers must be approved by the venue.

In the case of rain, the ceremony can be held in the Main Reception Hall and the space will be “reset” during the Cocktail Hour for the Reception.

All items, including rental items, must be removed by midnight of your event. Anything left overnight will be considered trash and disposed of by the venue.

The caterers are responsible for removal of all their trash. The venue will take care of cleaning the building, bathrooms, prep rooms, etc. after the event.

No, included in your rental cost are chairs for the ceremony and tables and chairs for the reception.

Included with the use of the Mill is a one hour rehearsal. This will occur as close to your wedding as possible but due to other events at the Mill, it may not be the day prior to your event. The Mill at Manor Falls will work with you to determine a suitable day and time for your rehearsal.

Yes, parking is available on the property. We can also provide a list of vendors offering shuttle services.

Due to the close proximity of trees and woods to the Mill, the venue does not permit fireworks or Chinese lanterns. Sparklers are permitted on the paved surfaces. All send off items must be approved by The Mill at Manor Falls.
